This amazing coat is Steve Madden circa 2008. It is 60% wool, 30% polyester, 10% viscose. Lining is 100% polyester. It has amazing seaming details and piping on the pockets and edges. Tiered skirt and belt with black buckle, black buttons. The color is a rich, deep teal - more saturated than in the pics.
