Vintage Sterling silver serving piece- reduced -European

Very beautiful and unique with lovely etched design and cerated edges and lovely design . Very substantial weight .Been in my family for a very long time.Pictures don’t do it justice! The handle is verified sterling. The top part may be silver-plate? Also used for Wedding cake server .close offers considered.
