Vintage Sterling silver heart pendent necklace (chain not included) approx. 10 g

Made by an old company known for antique flatware and other silverware, Towle. It looks like the hanle of and antique spoon or something so I decided not to polish it. It would polish up nice though:) It weighs approximately 10 grams...about 4 pennies. Very, very similar pendant is listed on replacements Ltd for $120
