Vintage Sterling Turquoise And Bone Necklace/choker

Vintage sterling silver turquoise and bone necklace. Very old piece. Silver beads are sterling silver with turquoise stoned beads. At the center is a bone pendant. I’d say it’s more of a Choker. Definitely fits a bit of a smaller neck. Really interesting piece. No damage or stones missing
