This is a Vintage Sterling Silver Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring. I am sure these are not real sapphires or diamonds and are probably some other kind of gemstone. The ring is in excellent original condition with no damage or repair, showing some slight normal wear for its age. It is a ring size 7. The cluster measures 3/4’’ by 1/2’’. It is marked 925.
