Vintage Sterling Silver Pendant

Vintage sterling silver pendant stamped 925 with maker’s mark NF Measures 1” tall x a smidge over 1/2” wide at the top and 3/4” wide at base of pendant. Mother of Pearl, turquoise, vibrant blue and a vibrant red coral. I believe the turquoise and coral are faux, and I have no idea what the blue is. It’s very pretty and bright.
