Vintage Sterling Silver Native American Amethyst Cabochon Hair Pony Tail Holder

Good vintage condition. Acid tested for silver (only the front face of holder is sterling silver). Light wear on metal. Stone was tested with the Presidium Gem Tester II. Measures 1 5/8" across the back x 1" wide. Nicely detailed and very collectible. I believe this is a Navajo piece but I don't know who the artist is. ITEM#865
