Vintage Sterling Silver & Cobalt Blue Dicroic Fused Glass Revolving Pendant 925 This is a unique piece of dicroic fused cobalt blue pendant glass with a center hole and banded with 925 sterling silver. The over sized bail allows the blue wheel shaped artesian pendent to revolve. Fused in the glass are silver rectangles and black strains creating a one of a kind pendent.
