Vintage Sterling Silver Catholic Cross Medallion This vintage sterling silver medallion is a beautiful and meaningful piece of Catholic jewelry. The front of the cross-shaped pendant is adorned with four distinct religious figures. In the center is the Miraculous Medal, depicting the Virgin Mary. The top features St. Joseph, the left shows St. Christopher, and the right shows a figure, possibly St. Anthony.
