Vintage Sterling Silver Carnelian Mother Of Pearl Floral Pendant Necklace 18" This gorgeous hand crafted circa 1970's - 80's necklace is just incredible! Wire strung. Crafted with natural materials and solid Sterling silver. Features Stunning high polished barrel shaped spiral cut natural Carnelian agate beads, Sterling Silver accent beads (as well as clasp and extender *extender was JSP Acid tested for assurance*) and Golden color glass seed beads. Pendant is a large (likely much older) blistered hand polished oval shaped freshwater Mother of Pearl slab beautifully accented with a Sterling Silver flower. Flower petals have lovely etched detailing. This necklace is in really nice condition considering age. Carnelian beads have natural stone divots, as well as MOP Slab (these are not flaws) Mother of Pearl does show signs of wear and age with minor surface scratches- and, while still beautiful, with wonder color play- could benefit from a professional re-polish by a Jeweler if you wanted at some point... though truly not necessary. Extender has had one jump ring replaced.
