Vintage Sterling Silver Butterfly Keepsake Pendant Necklace for Ashes

This pretty vintage sterling silver necklace features a textured butterfly with a screw in the back that can be opened to allow ashes to be placed inside. The pendant comes on a 20" sterling silver box chain with a spring ring clasp. The butterfly pendant measures approximately 3/4" long and 9/16" wide. The piece is in excellent vintage condition. The pendant has slight surface scratches consistent with age and has a nice patina. The spring ring clasp on the chain works well and closes securely. The vessel has never been used.
