Vintage Sterling Silver And Genuine Turquoise Stone Possibly Native American?

This was sold to me as Native American but I’m not sure I don’t want to say it is without a doubt and not be right either way that’s besides the point it’s a gorgeous pendant necklace the turquoise stone is really beautiful in this one it isn’t stamped or signed but it has been tested to confirm the chain is stamped on clasp Measurements are shown in above photo Has gorgeous patina which I’m choosing to leave it be and leave up to future buyer on whether they would like to give it a polish or not.
