Vintage Sterling Silver 8" Cigar Georges Briard Square Glass Mid Century Ashtray

Very heavy clear pressed glass cigar ashtray by Georges Briard. 1960's mid century. Condition is very good. Little to no bottom surface wear. No chips or cracks. Gentle wear on silver damask in the form of light random scratches and edge wear. Polish with a standard silver polishing cloth when it tarnishes. You can use a dab of Simichrome polish on a soft rag and polish in a circular motion to remove rainbow tarnish that typically appears on sterling silver. Its original foil sticker is gone but in the last photo I’ve shown you another item from his line that also has sterling silver layered on the surface the same way. No cracks or chips.
