Looks like TM 46 Details: Stamped inside. Heche en Mexico, 925. Looks like TM 46. Definitely needs polishing. The stone, which I believe to be amethyst, goes past glass on the Presidium. Nice rope-style bezel around the stone. closes tightly. weighs 7.20 grams. Please look at all the photos, as they are part of the description. I try my best to point out any flaws.
