Vintage Sterling Bird Brooch Beaded Outline Pin

Beautiful vintage sterling silver bird figural brooch in an unusual design, with his feathers and other detailing picked out in little beads and raised outlines. Looks like theres some tinting between the outlines for a nice feeling of depth, although a little has apparently worn off. His eye has a bit of gold plating for contrast. Hes marked 925 on back and has a primitive type pin and c-catch closure -- this along with the hand cut looking outer edges make me think he was probably handmade. A fellow Etsian suggested it was made in Afghanistan, and they might be right about that, Im just not sure where it was made. -- 2" x 1" -- Condition is nice with just some light tarnish.
