This is a brand new Star Trek action figure released by Playmates Toys in 1995. This is a Space Talk Series Borg figure. Mint on card. Card is solid with some creasing on the back as shown and a bit of corner wear. Figure does NOT talk when button pressed through 'test me' packaging option.
