Vintage Stangl Pottery, Thistle pitcher

Stangl Pottery produced this "Thistle" pattern from 1951- 1978. The "Thistle" pattern is a popular collectible The pieces are cream-colored with a mauvish interior and feature a hand-painted thistle design in pink and green. Stangl Pottery was known for its hand-painted earthenware and stoneware. This piece is in excellent condition, has been in a china cabinet for years, not used.
