Absolutrely gorgeous vintage St John Knits sweater dress in a rich shade of red. It has padded ruffle detail on the shoulders and zips up the back with clasp at neck. Elastic in waist. Great belted. Made of Santana knit. Santana was the name given to the proprietary yarn developed by Marie Gray in 1965. It is made from a 80% Wool / 20% rayon blend with a special twist, and is well loved for its ability to retain its shape and resist wrinkling.
