Vintage Sprouts by Vicky Vaughn Black A-Line Skirt Set

Black Skirt Set (Jacket and Skirt). I'm guessing from 70s/80s based on label. Union-made in USA #ILGWU Back slit in skirt. Single button on Jacket. No material but a Machine Washable label. Flat measurements: Skirt Waist: 13", Hips: 19" Length: 26". Jacket: Chest: 19", Sleeve: , Length 20.5", Sleeve 23" (It was a little difficult to measure so see picture). In good vintage condition for the age. There are a few small flaws. On the bag near the slit there are some seams stretched. I don't think it would be noticeable on. Also there was a pinhole size hole on the front of the skirt.
