There are a couple of small dings and marks in the enamel on the outside due to age. Inside looks great. I don't think it was ever actually used on a stove, because it still has the original paper "made in Taiwan ROC" label on the underneath. The label dates it to probably the 1970s ("ROC" was dropped after the late '70s).
