Vintage Sparkling Dolphin Brooch with Kiss Lips!

This is a sweet little dolphin with "Kissy lips" hahaha! Judging by the high quality & style of construction, this is an unsigned Marboux. I do not know what the name of this metal treatment is, perhaps it is like a sand blasting, but the sparkle is magnificent! It looks like a mass of rhinestones, but it's not. Body is heavy gold plating, sparkle area/body is silver tone. She measures 2 inches. Precious!
