Vintage Southeast Asian Dress Painted Silk S

I believe someone in my family brought this dress home from Vietnam or Thailand in the late ‘60’s or early’70’s. There are no tags and it appears to be tailor made. I think it is silk and the design is on top of the fabric like it has hand painted or silk screened. It is gorgeous. It does not look like it has been worn until you really look at the inside. There is a little makeup inside of the neckline and the lining is loose by the zipper (see pics). I can stitch this if you don’t see. Easy fix
