For vintage I feel this is true to size, a solid 6/8 and featured on my size medium dress form where it fits well. Laying flat the satin slip measures 54 inches shoulder to hem, 19.5 inches from armpit to armpit, 17 inches straight across the waist and 18.5 inches across the hip. The lace overlay measures 58.5 inches Shoulder to hem, 19 inches armpit to armpit and 17 inches straight across the waist. 100% rayon. Made in the USA.
