Vintage Solid Brass Ornate Hand Tooled Artisan Decor Platter - Beautiful

This Vintage item is a beautifully hand tooled solid brass platter, plate or decor piece. This is a masterfully worked brass collectible with a very ornate floral designed pattern with white inlaid for added color. This is an older vintage item and being a hand made piece it is not perfect with a few signs of its age that only adds to its overall beauty. This is a large piece, approx. 14” round. It has some type of markings on the underside but I’m not able to make them out. I’ve posted a couple of pictures of them in the event someone with more knowledge of pieces like this can elaborate.
