This Ivory Smocked Heirloom Dress By Feltman Brothers is DARLING! The traditional style is timeless and super classy. The Ivory color is very classy and a lovely change from basic white. The cotton blend dress has a Peter Pan collar trimmed in a delicate French Lace. The bodice has vertical pin-tucks with light blue feather stitched embroidery in the center.
