Vintage Small French Au Gratin Pan, Copper Bottom w/Brass Handles, Weathered

A fun little pan, for sure! This piece is typical of a French au gratin skillet. Made of copper, with brass handles, and lined with tin or stainless steel, to prevent food from reacting with the copper. Shows signs of age and love--very worn and tarnished. The bottom has black markings on the copper. But still a lovely piece that shows it's use! The brass handles has a triangular attachment with a dot in the center. Fun to show off in the kitchen. Measures 5.375 inches (with the handles) wide, 4 inches in diameter, and 1 inch tall/deep.
