Vintage Small Ceramic Donkey Carrying Baskets Toothpick Holder

Vintage small ceramic donkey carrying baskets -- I think it is a toothpick holder. I cannot make out the label on the bottom, so not sure where it was made. The donkey's right leg has been reattached, see photo. Otherwise in great vintage condition and stored well! Measures 3 inches tall and 4 inches long. Sweet piece!
