Vintage Small Brass Compact with Coat of Arms RARE. There is no manufacturing information on it. The piece with the coat of arms is either leather or faux leather. There is no powder in the compact, in fact, I am not sure it ever had powder in it. The puff applicator appears to never have been used. Brass would benefit from cleaning and polishing.
