Vintage womans Size M button down v neck cardigan sweater in navy & white with pockets. the pattern is navy white white speckled flecks throughout. The cuffs , neck area all the way down chest to bottom is wider navy & white stripe with navy buttons. I believe the brand was Wonder but was unsure as it looks like there is a "C" in front of it.
