Vintage Size 3 Blue Dress

Elegant ruched dress in a vibrant blue color. Perfect for special occasions. It was bought at a regular woman’s store , I believe Deb’s for standing up to a wedding. It was never my style. It had shoulder pads and black material underneath to make it more fuller. The bow snaps in the back to keep it straight. The bottom of the dress has hues of a purplish color. I took a close up and it still doesn’t show. I could also see this dress used for Halloween. Smoke and animal free home.
