Vintage Simmon Omega Audible Repeating Timer Dark Room Model M-59 J-2907

I am not familiar with this type of item. It seems to be in good working condition. I've plugged it in and the dial moves, but again, I'm not sure of all of its mechanisms. It has been stored in a smoke free, climate controlled environment and comes with original box. Please see pictures for condition. Item shows normal wear and bottom corner is a little separated. The box shows some considerable wear. There will be no returns and officially selling "for parts".
