Vintage Silver-tone Rhinestone Clip On Earrings

This is a fancy pair of rhinestone earrings with rhinestones measuring anywhere from 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch. These earrings are 1.5 inches tall by 1.25 inches wide. These earrings are not missing any rhinestones and are on marked so I am unsure who makes them. The pads underneath the clip on part are worn from edge so the pads need to be replaced.
