Vintage Silver-tone with Turquoise Stone Women's Ring

Very pretty vintage ring from the 90's. It looks brand new. Silver-tone with a turquoise-colored stone on a sunburst setting. Very pretty! Looks like it's either a March or December Birthstone. I don't know the exact size. It fits on my middle finger. I think it's a 4.5-5.
