Vintage Silverplate Soup or Punch Spoon Ladle and Small Bowl

The punch bowl dipper is marked made in Japan Silverplate over nickel. I think the pattern is Eldan Prelude. It has a dip in the handle toward the top to rest on the side of a large bowl. The handle is about 10 7/8", and the spoon is 3 5/8" across. The little unmarked distressed silver-plated bowl is about 4" x 2 1/4". It has light scratches and a worn spot on the rim.
