Vintage Silver tone and Mother of Pearl Brooch

I believe this beautiful Brooch is vintage. It is in great condition. The silver is not stamped, but there are not any signs of tarnish. I think the inset is Mother of Pearl. This area glistens so subtly in the light. A wonderful gift for Mom or Grandma. Perfect as an accent for all season, spring, summer, fall, or winter. Would look lovely on a scarf or purse, as well. Wedding idea for something old or Mother of the bride or Mother of the groom too. I believe it is vintage metal.
