Vintage Silver Safety Pin Plastic Beaded Flag Necklace Adjustable Length

Measures 18” hanging length on blue satin ribbon which makes it adjustable if you prefer a hanging length. The ends of the satin ribbon show slightly lighter areas where glue was applied to prevent the ribbon from raveling. The “flag” measures 4” across and 2” tall. The acrylic/plastic red white and blue beads are strung on 2 sizes of silver heavy duty safety pins. I purchased this years ago and assume it was handcrafted when I found it at a flea market.
