Vintage Silver Rhinestone Ribbons Wrapped On Human Figurine Brooch & Pendent

This is a very unique brooch with a necklace loop. The body is wrapped with a rhinestone ribbon also this brooch polishes like Silver however is not stamped. This is a well made vintage piece with a good working clasp. The measurements are 2 1/5" by 1 3/4". Wish I knew more about this piece. I have not been able to identify the logo stamped on the back. Just a very interesting piece.
