Vintage Silver Plated 15" Tray

Beautiful etched scroll pattern design in middle with pierced filigreed and twisted rope border. Weight 1# 11.3 oz. Marked International Silver Co on back. Other brand sticker lost? Very good vintage condition with very faint signs of use. There are some light surface scratches. There are a few spots of discoloration which could, along with some minor scratches, probably be buffed out. See video and pictures for part of description. No dents or nicks, no plate loss, no pitting that I can see or feel. It is a beautiful tray that has many uses. Trays like this are all over the place with pricing on the net. Make me a reasonable offer.
