Vintage Silver Plate and Sapphire compact case w/mirror and rouge compartments

I was given this as a gift years ago. It's a beautiful vintage compact with a mirror and two compartments for cream rough or lipstick. I was told the tabs are small sapphires. The hinges work beautifully and the compact is in overall excellent condition. The chain as well and it can wrap around the wrist and hang like a small purse. A beautiful item for any Vintage cosmetic enthusiasts. FYI the reflection from my red cell phone leaves a red glare on the one side of the compact. I have chosen not to polish it should someone prefer this light patina.
