I call this the “jelly bean skirt” because the colors remind me of jelly beans! However, it is a year round skirt. The elastic waistband stretches a little bit. Beautifully tailored invisible side zipper. Fabric is silky and flowy. The elastic waist and shape make this an effortless skirt that is fun to wear.
