Vintage Silk? Parasol Umbrella w Ornate Inlaid Black & Gold Handle

This umbrella was a wonderful find. It is in fantastic condition especially considering it's age. There are no tears in the fabric or in the sleeve. There's a touch of aging to the metal on the tip, but the spokes are in great shape, none are damaged and there's no rust. It fully extends and opens all the way. The red corded tassels are free from snags and pulls. It has a shiny black decorative curved handle with delicate gold inlaid flowers. I couldn't find any marks to help identify the maker or the country of origin. ccoring to everything I read while I reasearched this, I'd guess that it's from right around the turn of the century, but I can't say for sure.
