Vintage Signed Turquoise Onyx & Mother of Pearl Inlay Ring

Lovely bright blue water web turquoise flanks a center of black onyx and Mother of Pearl. This is an inlay ring - all stones hand cut with strips of sterling silver between. I particularly like the mother of Pearl in half-moons against the jet black - Water web/Moons/night sky - so very apropos! The turquoise has visible white matrix - Sleeping Beauty? Beautiful, elongated shape that is so lovely on the finger. This piece is hand signed JM in cursive on the back (Vibram engraver). I do not know the mark and cannot find it in my research. Likely Zuni. Set in sterling with split shank, smooth bezel and rope detailing all the way around. Perhaps 70's or 80"s. Size - approximately 5 3/4 but please see photo on mandrel for best estimation. Excellent vintage condition, with mild wear as would be expected for age. I really adore this ring, but it is a little small for the finger I'd want to wear it on. I wish it was bigger, but perhaps it will be perfect for you!
