Meyer & Bros. The company was founded in New York at the turn of the Century. The trademark was initially used in 1911. Richelieu are noted for their simulated pearl jewelry and their pearl jewelry is very collectible. Richelieu jewellers carefully and masterfully made spectacular decorations of polished metal of gold tone with artificial pearls, clear crystal or colored cabochons. Based on the signature, I would estimate that these are likely for the 1960's or 1970's.
