Vintage Signed MONET Gold Tone Tubogas Style Collar 16-17”

Phenomenal vintage condition and no gold color loss. Likely gold-plated as are many of MONET jewelry. This collar measures 16” end to end and sits a little higher on the neck as the mm width of graduates from almost 16mm at the widest point in the front to 8.5mm at the back.
