Vintage Signed Handmade Art Glass Paperweight with Unique Hole Pattern

Okay, I've never seen a paperweight like this one before, and I can't find any information online. There are deep symmetrical holes around the dome of the paperweight, with one on the top, and 6 around the glass. Could possibly be used for candles, incense, or art. Definitely a conversation piece! Color is a pinkish red. Measures approximately 3.5" x 2.5". Signed, but I don't know the signatures. In excellent condition, with minor scratches on the bottom. Would make a perfect gift for a collector, or a cool, unique gift for someone special.
