The Carl Art company, was an American jewerly manufacturer, founded in 1936 by German immigrant Carl Schraysshuen and American businessman Arthur Loercher in Providence, Rhode Island. This leaf design was among the most recognizable designs by Carl Art, with light blue baguette rhinestones and clear round rhinestones. There is very little oxidation, can be up to buyer to remove this. It has been gently cleaned to be used right away.
