Vintage Shoulder Pad Dress via ModCloth Size 16

Purchased from ModCloth as part of its Vintage Collection a few years back. Pattern is fantastic and it breaks my heart to sell but it’s quite tight in the busy area for me. May work better for a modern size 14. Tags still attached. There is a loop of fabric that looks to have once been for a scarf (was not provided at purchase, but a sheer black scarf could work).
