Vintage Ilse M made in USA shirt dress coat dress. Blue, button front with pockets. Dress has several discolorations and notable surface wear to fabric throughout upon close inspection with blemishes to buttons as well. Please see all photos for closeups. The original self-belt is missing. Reminiscent of a lab coat or protective outer garment. In very usable condition, but perhaps best for prop, costume, cosplay etc. Looks fabulous at a distance, displays its age up close. Poly cotton blend, hand wash.
