Vintage Shiny Ruffle Blouse

When I see ruffles, my mind immediately races and I think of Prince. Yes, that one. This American-made blouse is deadstock, with original tags still available. It has massive shoulder pads, batwing sleeves, tapers at the wrists, pleats at the waist, intricate button detail on the sleeve (and fastens with the same button style), and tops off in a peplum shame. Oh, and did I mention, the giant rose bow in the front? This top is marvelous.
