The fabric is a double layered silk chiffon, it has a wide scooped neckline, the long sleeves are sheer and have bracelet cuffs, there is fabric you can tie at the waist and a cinching belt, (can be left loose if drop waist is preferred) the skirt has a slight staggered bottom, it buttons up from the waist with tiny cloth loop buttons.
